Changes, substitutions and cancellation of registrations
Notification of changes and cancellation must be made in writing and sent to SOE 2015 at firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation of registration will be accepted subject to an administration fee.
• Cancellations up to and including 30 April 2015, total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 100 EUR.
• Cancellations made after 1 May 2015, we regret that no refunds can be made.
Name Changes and Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may be substituted by a colleague. Name changes will be subject to an administration fee.
• Changes up to and including 30 April 2015: 100 EUR per name change
• Changes from 1 May 2015: 150 EUR per name change
Cancellation by the Congress organisation
If SOE 2015 chooses to cancel the Congress the participant is entitled to a refund of all participation fees already paid.
Changes to and cancellation of accommodation
Changes of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of 30 EUR.
Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to our official accommodation partner at email@example.com and cannot be made via the internet. Please do not contact the hotel directly as they will be unable to accept changes.
Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation on or before 1 May 2015, the deposit will be refunded less a 60 EUR handling fee. Cancellation after 1 May 2015, or arrival after / departure before the dates indicated on your reservation form will result in the entire stay of accommodation being charged, since hotel no-show charges make refunds impossible in this instance.
